We were looking to buy either land to do a custom build, or a property with a residence that suited our wants and needs.

His great sense of humor made our search fun.
For over two years Jim showed us every property we asked to see until we finally found our dream home. And once we found it, Jim made sure that we got it by advising us to use a little-known tactic call an “escalation clause”. This effectively outbid the competition (there were multiple offers), while simultaneously saving us more than $50,000.
Jim with his wife and teammate Mariann were the logical choice to help market the home we now had to sell. After 2 years of looking for our ideal home, we were amazed when they brought us an acceptable offer to buy ours within 5 days.
